Poor communication. I sent over my design requirements a week ago via WhatsApp and have been ghosted ever since. If they are this slow to provide a quote, I wouldn't trust them to handle the actual installation. Total waste of time.

Our experience with kingsway windows is a great one we had the look and quality we required, we had a horrible brown colour door and window with brown small extension which was very damp and making our living room very cold so kingsway fitted the new white ones witch are great, we have used kingsway twice on this property and once at previous property , the fitters are excellent at there jop always friendly, cheerful, and the initial salesman was very professional polite.
